Flexible ways to pay, so your pet can get the care they need when they need it.

Paying for your visit

Payment is required on the day of your consultation, or when your pet is discharged from hospital. We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and EFTPOS.

Flexible payment options

We know that unexpected veterinary costs can be stressful. To help, we offer several ways to spread the cost of treatment.

VetPay

A payment plan designed for veterinary expenses. Spread larger or unexpected costs over time with regular repayments. A minimum 20% deposit is paid to the clinic, with the balance managed through a direct debit with VetPay.

Humm

A buy now, pay later service that lets approved clients spread the cost of treatment over regular instalments. A minimum 20% deposit is paid to the clinic, with the balance managed by Humm.

GapOnly

If you have pet insurance with a participating insurer, GapOnly lets us process your claim on the spot, so you only pay the gap on the day.

Pensioner discount

We are happy to offer a pensioner discount. Please present your Pensioner Concession Card when you arrive.

Health Care Plan and pet insurance

Our Health Care Plan spreads the cost of preventative care into monthly payments, and pet insurance can help with the cost of unexpected illness and injury.
