Caring for you and your pet at the end

Saying goodbye to a much loved companion is one of the hardest decisions you will ever make. Our team is here to support you with honesty and compassion, and to make sure your pet’s final moments are peaceful and free of pain.

Knowing when it is time

We can help you assess your pet’s quality of life, looking at their comfort, appetite, mobility and enjoyment of daily life. There is rarely a single right moment, and we will never rush you.

On the day

We can arrange a quiet appointment time and a private room
Your pet is given a sedative first, so they are relaxed and calm
You are welcome to stay with your pet the whole time
Payment can be arranged beforehand so you do not need to wait afterwards

Aftercare

You may choose to take your pet home for burial, or we can arrange a private or communal cremation through our trusted pet cremation provider. Our team can show you memorial options, including urns and keepsakes.

Frequently asked questions

Can I be with my pet during euthanasia?

Yes. Many people find comfort in being there, and you are always welcome to stay. Some people prefer to say goodbye beforehand, and that is completely okay too.
